Where we ship
We dispatch from our EU fulfilment warehouse to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. Delivery is by tracked courier to your door.
Handling and delivery times
- Dispatch: within 24 hours on working days (orders placed after 14:00 CET go out the next working day).
- Transit: 2–5 working days within the EU.
- Tracking: you get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Shipping costs
- Free on orders over €49.
- €4.90 flat rate below that.
All prices include VAT where applicable. There are no customs charges on EU-to-EU shipments.
Disposable vapes in restricted markets
Some EU countries have banned single-use vapes. Where that is the case we only ship refillable pod systems, replacement pods and bottled e-liquid — disposable items in those orders are cancelled and refunded in full before dispatch. If you are unsure whether a device is legal where you live, ask us before ordering.
Age verification on delivery
Couriers may ask for ID on delivery. If nobody aged 18 or over is available, the parcel comes back to us and we refund the product value once it is received.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address before paying. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, we refund the product value minus the return shipping cost.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking has not moved for five working days, or the parcel arrives damaged, email support@vapeuro.com with your order number and photos. We replace or refund — you do not have to chase the courier yourself.
