1. Who we are
Vapeuro ("we", "us") operates this store and sells vaping products to adult consumers in the European Union. Company details, including the registered name, address and VAT identification number, appear on your invoice and are available on request at support@vapeuro.com.
2. You must be 18 or over
Our products contain nicotine, a highly addictive substance. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that buying nicotine products is legal where you live. We may ask for proof of age at any point and will cancel and refund orders we cannot verify.
3. Product compliance
Every nicotine-containing product we sell complies with the EU Tobacco Products Directive: maximum 20 mg/ml nicotine strength, maximum 2 ml tank and refill container capacity, child-resistant and tamper-evident packaging, and the required health warnings. We do not sell products intended for use by anyone under 18, and we do not make health or cessation claims.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, priced in error, if we cannot verify your age, or if the destination market restricts the product.
5. Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay; there are no hidden fees added afterwards. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us — we will contact you before charging anything.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
7. Delivery, returns and faulty goods
Delivery terms are in our Shipping Policy. Your right to cancel within 14 days is in our Return Policy. Faulty items are covered by your statutory conformity rights; nothing in these terms limits those rights.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to resell products bought from this store without our written agreement, and not to use the store for anything unlawful. Resale of nicotine products without the required notification and labelling is your own liability, not ours.
9. Liability
We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by us. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, for misuse of a product, or for business losses where you are buying as a consumer. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you order. These terms are governed by the law of the country in which you reside, and you keep the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
